Effectively bilingual, Han has an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Hull (UK) and professional qualifications in Marketing, Management Consulting, HRM, Compensation Management and People Development. He was a Bank Scholar and the First Singaporean to win The Best Paper prize (Worldwide) in Financial Control at an international professional examination. A Certified Trainer from the Accelerated Learning Institute (USA) and the Master Trainer Institute of New York (USA), Han brings with him value-added experience and exposure harnessed from his many years in both the service and manufacturing industries. His programs have consistently received excellent ratings and his approach had been described as "interactive, practical, insightful and learner-centred". A strong advocate of lifelong learning, Han believes that one of the best ways to learn is to teach. He was a Volunteer Canoeing Instructor with a national community group in the '80s, where weekends were spent teaching the masses the art and science of sea canoeing.
