Our Definition of a Blog:
Abbreviation (shortform) for Weblog. n. A sort of online diary. Log of ideas, opinions or thoughts on certain specific topics or just general rumblings. At first, mostly personal writings related to happenings and phenomenons in everyday life in general without the need to clarify the accuracy of the informations. Have eventually evolved into a more reliable source of updated informations on specific topics and also an engine for spreading news worldwide speedily. Normally open to the public for reading and commenting online.
Definition of a Blogger:
n. a person who write blogs.
Definition of Blogging:
v. the act of writing and updating a blog online (normally daily or at a fixed interval).
Definition of Blogosphere:
n. the community of bloggers and their blogs.
Definition of Blogtal:
n. a blog portal or gateway where bloggers can ping their latest updates or posts in their blogs.

Q1: How To Blog Effectively?
- Update your blog regular, preferably daily or at least once every alternate days.
- Be specific in what you are trying to say.
- Write as though you are actually telling someone how you feel or experienced ... face to face. Be "alive".
Q2: How to Blog Safely?
- Do not blog about anything that is against your employer's company policy or your government's law.
- Use your common sense. Don't blog about anything you would not like to be caught doing in real life.
- Do not malign or slander.

Eventhough a blog is just like a personal diary. But, please be aware that as it might be open to the public, possibility of it being read online by millions of people worldwide is very high.
So, if you want to share your thoughts and opinions with others, just like in real life, be prepared for the reactions of those who might support or oppose them. Learn to protect yourself instead of putting yourself in a vulnerable position that is open to attacks and possibly instances for embarrassments.
Last but not least, be a responsible blogger. Be an ethical blogger. Be a blogger with dignity and self-respect.
Frankly speaking, it is NOT worth losing your reputation, self-respect, work, girlfriend / boyfriend, etc. over a blog!!!
